What to Expect
Keep Your Firearms Running Right: A Hands-On Cleaning Workshop
Ever wonder what's really happening inside your gun? We'll start with a quick tour of the chemistry behind gunpowder and primers and the metallurgy of modern firearms, then show you why a clean, well-oiled gun pays off: fewer malfunctions (often none) and a longer life for your investment. Next, watch live demonstrations of cleaning several types of guns, then finish with a hands-on session where you clean your own firearm with guidance along the way.
Your registration includes a basic gun cleaning kit to take home, plus pizza, sodas, and plenty of time to swap stories with fellow shooters. Wear clothes you don't mind getting dirty, and consider bringing eye protection and nitrile gloves.
