What to Expect
Our very own Jennifer Silverstein, from "KravGirl" Tactics, is teed up as trainer for a Bullets & Bagels hosted Krav Maga personal defense course in conjunction with Rabbi Abba Perelmuter at Shul by the Shore in Long Beach. This focused course of training will teach students techniques to enhance their personal security. The 3 classes are scheduled on the following Monday evenings, at 7 p.m.: October 19, 26, and November 2, 2026.
However, please note that participation in the course does not require the skills of an Olympic athlete. The course is designed to be accessible to everyone who wishes to learn. Additionally, individuals are not obligated to sign up for the entire three-class session that constitutes the course.
