We are excited to announce our first Krav Maga class specifically designed for seniors! This class will focus on:

  • Easy-to-Learn Techniques: Simple and effective self-defense methods that are easy to grasp and practice.

  • Situational Awareness: Training to enhance awareness of surroundings and potential threats.

  • Building Confidence: Empowering participants to make informed decisions when faced with dangerous situations.
