What We're All About

​

Since 7 October, we all agree maintaining a connection to our people is more important than ever. Bullets & Bagels offers Jews and non-Jewish friends a chance to learn about firearms and how to use them safely in a supportive environment. We make learning about firearms a positive experience and try to reduce the intimidation factor by creating a great learning environment. Many new shooters have come to us because of that.  We take pride in providing : great food, great speakers, great camaraderie, and great firearms training. Join us!

Bullets & Bagels recognizes that many individuals have more than a passing interest in firearms and shooting sports, yet feel uncomfortable expressing that interest in the current political environment. Additionally, many experienced shooters are looking for a welcoming community of like-minded enthusiasts who can add much needed camaraderie and fun to the routine shooting experience. 

Bullets & Bagels, a 501c7 nonprofit, was founded in Orange County in 2013 to provide a unique, supportive, and multifaceted venue to address these desires in an open-to-all, expert and novice alike, safety-first setting that celebrates our common avocation. We are proud that our membership is 30% women. Many of our instructors are women as well. We are "apolitical" and welcome everyone, no matter their political persuasion.

Bullets & Bagels hosts recreational shooting events and firearms training in Southern California, specifically Los Angeles, Orange, San Bernardino and San Diego Counties, and now North Carolina too.  We also host video conference lectures with fascinating guest speakers covering topics that range from some of the latest and most advanced gear and firearms to discussions about the latest firearm laws.
